[Resolved] Flipkart — product return issue-royaloak zenith metal coffee table | |||
I had purchased one coffee table from Flipkart last 1st February, 2019. As per commitment it was delivered in my home 19th February, 2019. Technician came to install that and recognized that product which came that is totally broken. After I raised replaced request on last 22nd February, 2019. As per schedule from Flipkart site I was getting that it will be delivered within 22nd March, 2019. After that I called to Flipkart customer care, they told also same that it will be resolved within 22nd March, 2019.Suddenly I am getting from Flipkart (20th March, 2019)that request has been cancelled by seller. My Order Id-OD[protected] Replacement Id:[protected] Today(20th March, 2019) I have called to customer care and told all details. They are saying that it will be resolved within 24th March, 2019(Incident Number-IN[protected]. I think they are joking/doing fraud with their customers.
