Flipkart — Product return or refund is not accepting though Flipkart sent me different product

I have ordered a Noise Icon 2 BROWN colour smart watch in Flipkart and expected the same color. I got a black collar watch.

I asked Flipkart multiple times to either replace or return or refund the product. They are rejecting simply telling some other reason.

I do not want the black colour watch. The way customer service dealing this issue is not proper.

Updated by sreddi [protected] and[protected] are the requests that Flipkart rejected replace/refund/return. I have been telling in emails that I got different colour product but Flipkart keeps rejecting without a proper reason.
In the interest for customer's time, Flipkart should not close the requests without customer notice and a proper justification must be provided to close.

Updated by sreddi Based on earlier experience with Flipkart, I do not want to waste time and decided to retain even though Flipkart's seller sent me the item of different colour. Unfortunately, we should be satisfied with what the seller sends and not what we want as a customer,
