[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product return request cancel

Hello team, i was buy refrigerator from flipkart dated 24-may-2020 order id-od[protected].
We received damage product bottle rack was break from one side and also not happy with bottle space. I was raised return request on same day when delivery received but after 2 days return was rejected.
Again i was raised return request and engineer visit schedule engineer visit completed on 30th may 2020 but no update show in filpkart app and yesterday 4th jun 20 return request again cancelled without any solution i am very disappoint to see. I was raised 2 time request for return but cancel both the time and today is the last date as per return policy when i will try to raised request again it will show error and not accept my request then contact with customer care they said we registered your complaint but can't raised return request and i am also not assure they will help me because i was contact so many time to customer care but still issue not resolve that's why use social media platform please support me to return this product i want my money back as a good customer totally believe on flipkart and buy almost 60 k product in last 10 days. But this type service is not a trustworthy please resolve the issue on immediate basis

Hi, We are sorry for the trouble caused. However, the seller has initiated a return request for a refund of your Haier 195 L Direct Cool Single Door 3 Star (2020) Refrigerator. We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has scheduled the pickup from your address by 26 Jun 20. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 9 business days as per standard banking procedures.
