[Resolved] Flipkart — Product Stuck at Motherhub | |
I ordered Iphone 12 Mini on 2nd October, 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered at my Durg Address in Chhattisgarh between 8th and 11th of October 2021. But after leaving for Raipur Facility of Ekart from Farukhnagar Motherhub in Gurugram, Haryana on 4th October(8:56 pm), it reached backed to the same place from where it left i.e. Farukhnagar Motherhub on 5th October(9:32 am). And after that, till date no update has been given to me and the same location is being shown in the Tracking Id no.(FMPP[protected]). I have tried to reach out to the Customer Care Service of Flipkart but, every time they give a new date (3 dates have been given so far) to wait for the delivery of the product which is of no help. Oct 22, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I got call from flipkart with no. +9144-45614600 on 20th October and the customer care executive assured me that this is the last word from flipkart and my product will be delivered by 23rd and finally the product was delivered to me today. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 24, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
