Flipkart — product too much delay, price difference, for broken/damaged product

Its 2nd time happened with me. First we was troubled to get order i ordered product on big billion day 3rd of oct that product didn't got as of month end of october your cc team told to cancelled this order and place new order (With high price your cc team told to me we refund to you difference amount). We do this same as per your cc team told to me. Then second new order we received on 11 nov we open it and seen its totally broken... I
Want to return/replacement and refund my difference amount of this product
Within 2 days in any how. You are not take responsibility of customers. You
Take right action with me otherwise we are looking forward.
