[Resolved]  Flipkart — product was damaged but there is no replacement or refund

I had purchased the exreme wood mdf wall decoration product on[protected], 11:29 pm. I was excited to open the product but unfortunately, the product was damaged and requested the replacement but the courier
Boy is not picking up the item due to some technical issues or not scanning
The product in their device (Really i'm not understanding what's going on
Here). I had raised different types of issues on this product but not
Providing solution. I had spoken to flipkart customer care more than 10 times but there is no solution incident number is in[protected].
Please provide the replacement or refund. Please find
Attached damaged pics and let me know the status of the same. Could you please help me with this.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.
