I recently purchased SONY X70L 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Google TV (KD-43X70L) through Flipkart 22 August 2023. They Delivered the product on 24 August 2023. And provide installation date on 26 August 2023 but due to some issue Technician could not reach on 26th. he came on 27th and open the TV box and found the product was wrong and damaged. So, he could not install the Tv and moved from my home and asked raise case with Flipkart.
I called the customer care[protected] and asked for refund we got the reply sure sir will raise the refund and very soon will pick up the product but after few hours got message please share the picture within 48 hrs. otherwise your request will be rejected, I shared the pics and call the customer care whether these pics are received or not they said it’s ok.
But after some time got the message, your request has refused not sure why. And again I called customer and they said we will raise the new request.
I am not sure whether Flipkart and seller has good intention of selling the correct product. I am really feeling depressed and emotionally harassed by Flipkart and its fraud seller.
