[Resolved] Flipkart — product/placement/worst experience | |||||
On 31st Aug i have ordered thomson TV order ID, od[protected] i was received display defect item and i placed a request for replacement post too many escalation on the next day on 1st sep the guy came and uninstalled the TV. Till now its been more than 5 days i havent received the replacement product, when i booked new order with same tv and same seller its showing will be deliver on the next day but for an replacement it is taking 8 days i have sent too many mails to ceo desk and chairman and cs and i have spoke to more than 3 managers in customer care there is no single resolution, Being prievelage customer, flipkart peoples making the customer to frustate and harrasing, customer care is very very worst they are talking like a parrot and there is no single ownership from the manager worst then ever. taking money from the customer but not giving resolution and not making customer happy Was this information helpful? | |||||
