[Resolved] Flipkart — products are getting cancelled from the backend and flipkart officials are misleading | |||||
I have ordered 4 products in last one week from the flipkart and only one was received to me and the others are either getting cancelled from the backend without my consent or are getting rescheduled again and again. I ordered a phone to gift to my brother but they have delayed it twice saying that seller is having issues. On receiving the calls from customer care they say they are diverting call to senior but after a minute or two they drop off. Everytime they have a new person to support and they lodge a new complaint but no actions are being taken. Is this the service they promise? Is this an experience we need to have? what is the use of time frame you mention in the order when you delay for 3 weeks and then cancel without customers consent?
