[Resolved] Flipkart — Products are not yet delivered | |||
Sir I had ordered this product on 6 October 2021 at 9:17 pm. Flipkart promised that they will delivery my product by 11 October 2021. When I was tracking the order, I found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pin-code and address does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order. Even I went to Nellore courier hub to collect my order since they are saying that they cannot deliver. But they behaved rude with me and did not answered at all to me. But in Order tracking it is showing that this hub has my order. Flipkart changed my delivery date to 14 Oct but till now they did not delivery my order. their customer care is not responding properly. So i request flipkart to delivery my order fast and take action on nellore ekart office. Was this information helpful? | |||
