[Resolved]  Flipkart — products delivered by retail net (acer predator helios 300)

I purchased acer predator helios 300 (Od[protected] on sale during 13 may 2018 to 16 may 2018 on flipkart sold by seller retailnet. Payment paid through net banking method.
It got damaged when it reached nearest hub. Now i did some researched and discovered that many customers are facing the same problem. After reading some reviews of the packaging of the product it was clear that they were poorly packed.
Many customers are facing same problem regarding the same product with particular seller. The price of the laptop is around 70, 000rs to 80, 000 rupees on average. It only shows on thing that products are not carefully packed or poorly packed. Please i humbly request you to look into this problem and hopefully come up with some solution.

My refund is accepted but the money is going to be credited in 6 business days.
When you guys can take money from us instantly then why don't you refund it that way or in 24 hours.
This is a clear example of how the seller is using our money for a week or two.
