Flipkart — Products returned and cancelled without informing

Recently, I purchased a few products from Flipkart and paid online. However, when the delivery date arrived, my order was cancelled without any notification and returned, with a refund issued to me. If they were unable to deliver, they shouldn't have accepted the order in the first place. This experience was incredibly disappointing and a waste of my time. When I contacted their customer support, they couldn't provide a valid reason for the cancellation, only saying it was due to an "issue" without further clarification. Such treatment is unacceptable, and Flipkart should take responsibility for these kinds of disruptions. Customers deserve better, and this kind of behavior needs to stop.
