Order ID - OD[protected] Dear Sir Concern regarding my order pick up issue, i have already informed you 10 times to earlier to i have received wrong item means different brand of old product, courier person many time declined to pick up my wrong product, and all the time Ekart delivery boy tell me to when you pay me 2000 rupees then i pick up your package, if i not pay money he tell me to cancel my pick up, i have already many time of same issue of pick up so please inform to Ekart logistics courier to pick up my wrong item as soon as possible to without any money
You have also promised me to if same problem again of pick up, i provide you alternative resolution for advance refund so please help me and call me now-[protected]
