I have sold my mobile to Flipkart using flipkart sell-back scheme on 12.08.2022. They took my phone on 12.08.2022 but till now they have not transferred the promised amount of Rs 9250/- to my bank account.
I received a flipkart sell back thank you card also on the same day.
I contacted flipkart customer care.They replied that they have already escalated the issue to the concerned team.They also promised that the issue will be resolved by 20/8/22.When I checked the status of my complaint on 20th, I came to know that my issue is still not resolved and they have extended the resolution date to 22nd August.
Flipkart team is delaying the matter day after day so i had to complain it here finally.
Looking forward for a resolution as soon as possible and a compensation for my time loss and harassment.
