[Resolved] Flipkart — provided disputed phone | |||
Flipkart scam I purchased my phone from Flipkart on 12/8/2019 . And from 15/8/2019 it starts giving me problem. It gets rebooted every after 20 to 30 minutes . It gets heated up, and battery issue so I made a return request with Flipkart and from this actual scene started . Flipkart told me that there will be a tech visit . A technician came for three minutes and did nothing except clicking picture of my phone and goan and told me he will submit the report. After that he gave a report that my problem is resolved which was a fake report and my return cancelled. Then I again requested for return and again they told me that there will be a another tech visit and after that they will make return but this time the technician haven't visited and again my return cancelled . And now Flipkart is doing nothing. I think filpkart has given me a disputed product and now they don't want to replace this .I shouldn't purchased it from Flipkart. Now I m feeling very helpless . As I have purchased the phone with approx 11000. After all this harassment now I don't want replacement, I want my money back . Please help me with issue . Sep 26, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart senior executive called me and took return of my phone without any technician visit and total amount refunded with in 3 days . Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Aug 21, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
