[Resolved]  Flipkart — providing wrong product (water purifier)

I have bought one kent ace plus 8 l ro + uv + uf + tds water purifier (White) from flipkart. They delivard on time and help with the installation. Upto this things went well.
After instllation technisian confirms me that there is no uv filter there and what ever information is givien in website is wrong. After that i lounched a complaint in the their site. But i havn't got any update. So, i connect with then through twiter. There also i am getting any help. They called me once but the persion who called don't what the issue. After listing everything she told me that she can only raise retun request. I told her that what about the drills and other chnages i have made in my kitchen. She said this is your problem sir, she can't do anything with it.
Thats all commonication i had on this. Can anyone help me to get me out of this fraud. I have attached the twitter url below.

Someone from Flipkart called me from [protected] on 5:52PM
1st he ask me the issue again then said someone previously called you. I said yes, then that guyt said how many times you want us to call you. I said but the problem is not resolved. That guy is too much rough. When I start souhting and said call later he said his sift end @6 and can not call me. I said that is not my problem. lastly he said he will not call me again, his associate will call me if possible.

So Flipkart, you send me wrong product and now soughting on me?

Yes they have revert to me. They have no information why they have called me. When I ask some question they drop the call. After that there is no call from them. PFA the link of our discussion. Please listen.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
