[Resolved] Flipkart — Puma sweater order no OD[protected] | |||||
I ordered a puma sweater on 18th jan, 2017. Received d order on 20th jan morning. It was nothing like wat i had ordered. It was a fake product, different colour, design, completely different with bobbling all over d fabric. I immediately placed d return request within 10 min of receiving it. Wen d pickup guy arrived d next day, he was reluctant to tk it back saying that its a used product. He took it back somehow but returned it later saying its not getting accepted at d e kart office as d product doesn't match. Since then, its been a harrasment of sorts. I have spoken to flipkart customer care 5 times n placed d return request again n again as per d directions of d different agents that i spoke to. But each time my product wasn't picked up n i receive a msg stating that my pickup order has been canceled as i decided to keep d product. During all this, i have been misbehaved with by d ekart ppl. They hv been insensitive n rude towards my issue. Last time on 23rd jan i placed d return request but no one even came for d pickup n i just received a pickup cancelation msg. Today i called for d last timr but wasnt provided any concrete solution. All dey say is mam place d return request again under misshipment n assure me of getting it done. But nothing happened even though i spoke to flipkart multiple times n placed d return request several times. U ppl deliver me a fake n cheap product, collect ur money n den dont give a damn abt d consumer. I m being harrassed mentally bcoz ofa sweater. I need a refund n compensation for wasting my time with u ppl who cannot hv a control over der logistics n cant even help d customer if at all something goes wrong in between. I canceled all my orders wid flipkart that i had made d very same day. I m never ever gonna do any business wid flipkart. I expect a prompt response to this complaint atleast. Verified Support Feb 03, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, as she confirmed that received the refund hence told we will improve service as per the feedback given, hence closing case.
