[Resolved] Flipkart — Purchage new Moto E , Order no- OD[protected], not working fine, and flipkart not providing any kind o solution.. | |||
Dear Team, I have brought a New mobile set Moto-E in previous week from Flipkart Order no OD[protected]. But I am getting multiple issues in this New mobile Mote E set. I am facing the mention issue- Mobile going to heat so much just with in 10 min during call, mobile hang up multiple times each days, speaker quality also not good, Batter backup very poor etc. I have raise already this case with Flipkart, even I am received the response from flipkart, but they are providing unexpected and very poor revert. Briefly description are following. Since first day I was found that mobile hangup again and again, and after 10 min on call mobile going to heat much more. I was wait three to four days but there were no any changes in set. Then after that I was contact to flip kart team and raise the case with him, then they assure me to provide the technical solution. They were suggest to me for install an application then flipkart technical team will investigate the issues by remote access. I have follow to all steps as per instruction of Flipkart team. But after review of technical team I am totally socked because they are reverting me that there are no any issue in my mobile therefore they will not provide any solution, Even I have request to FlipKart to replace my mobile. While all the issue still same but they are not agree to provide any kind of solution or replacement. Since I am already using another Moto E, and I know very well the performance of Moto E, therfore I am comparing to both of set but I am getting very poor response from my new set. Overall after cross check by the technical team I am not getting any positive response, I am totally socked because team is saying there are no any issue in my mobile, even practically I irritate with my new set and day by day the problems are increasing, but Flipkart entertaining with me and not providing me the proper solution. Even whenever I am calling them then his concern team are performing miss attitude and loss my time. They are also saying you need to visit the nearest service centre if they will say that need to replace then only they will take any action. I am really very regret even I see there multiple advertisement of Flipkart that they can replace or change the goods if customer are not happy or getting proper goods with in 30 days, While it;s going on approx one week only but they are miss behaving with me. I want to replace or change my mobiile set, its totally cheating with me.. So that today I am escalating my case here. Kindly help me.. So, I am not able to understand where I can get a proper justice. I am deeply very socked to see this scenario, I am suffering with my mobile with multiple issue and they are saying there are no any issue in mobile and again after this application they are reverting me that seller has disapproved. It's going on maximum 10 days today to received this mobile from Flipkart an I am facing multiple issues in this set. I have purchase my mobile only from Flipkart, I know only flipkart.
I have no receive any solution, it's totally miss behaving and cheating with customer. They want to tackle the customer as per his wish. Please help me to replace my mobile set.. I am very sad to get his performance.
