[Resolved] Flipkart — Purchased cycle but received wrong product and not get replaced | |||||
I ordered cycle on in jun 1st week product is caya fueled cycle 26 for adults matte floro orange 27.5 T BMX cycle i received product on 15 jun but the product is wrong and 1 item is also missing in that. i request a call from app and i get the call i mentioned this scenario to the exe. she generated req. id and and told me to wait for few days i waited till 23 jun ...i called on 23 jun and he said replacement got cancelled by the seller due to technical issue you will get a call on 25 jun but i did not received a call but as per application status my replacement will qued on 30 jun so i waited ...i saw status of the order in app it shows me replacement cancelled i called up to the flipkart and asked for the same they said it cancelled by your side i told them i have not requested any cancellation ...and i called up on 30 jun and aked the exe. that i will use the wrong product delivered by you give me the differance amount and the 1 missing part they told me wait till 2 july you will get a call regarding this but still not received any call...it is not expected please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||||
