Flipkart — Purposely not processing my refund request until my stipulated return date end

18th September (Saturday) - Ordered Realme Watch 2 Pro IN SILVER COLOR, Paid Rs.2799 + Rs. 69 for Extended 1 Year Warranty

19th September (Sunday) - My mother received the product as I was not there. Flipkart packaging and product case are all intact as it was not opened.

20th September (Monday) - I opened the Flipkart packaging and saw that the product arrive in BLACK COLOR. Without opening the product, I immediately opted for a refund. I was forced to open the seal and the product packaging to take photos of the product intact with all its accessories, by the Flipkart Customer Service person.

25th September (Morning Sunday) - My refund request has been denied as Flipkart claims the seller was informed by the delivery person that the product was delivered intact. After I had uploaded all the corresponding photos required by Flipkart, they tell me on the last day of my stipulated return date, that my return request was not processed by the seller.

25th September (Night Sunday) - I apply for another refund request at 11:14 PM to which I received an email saying my request will be processed in the next 72 hours. At 11:22 PM I send my driving license details.

28th September (72 Hours completed) - My issue hasn't been resolved and the date has been pushed to 29th September.

My Concern - I feel that I am being misled and I will not receive my refund. Flipkart will purposely end my request and will further state my return date has been crossed ( 7 days after receiving the item) and I will not be able to request a refund anymore.

Please help me. I have all the information, screenshots, and chat messages of their incompetency and disregard for this situation, always giving me false hope.
