Flipkart — Quick order is stuck and they are not cancelling so that Zest Money can Refund

I ordered the device in Flipkart app since my uncle lost his and I wanted to gift him. I chose the Quick delivery option and made payment using inbuilt Zest Money EMI option. My order no. is OD[protected].
My EMI was started immediately but the product was put on hold by Flipkart. I immediately tried reaching out to support and they were of no help. I kept trying and even reported to Zest money and Flipkart over Chat, phone, email as well as Twitter. They are not cancelling my EMI and making fake promises of resolving my issue. I kept waiting. Now its more than 4 fays and after reviewing the reviews by other people on playstore for the Flipkart app. I see that they are not even solving for 2 or 3 month. They have the worst customer support service. Need help.
