I ordered two suits from Flipkart in February and returned them within two days due to a size issue. After returning the product, customer service told me to wait one week, but they clearly denied refunding my product and stated that I did not return the product on time, which is clearly incorrect despite the fact that I have the quality passed check messages with proof. It's been two months and I'm tired of reaching out to them; all they say is to wait and be patient.
Poor customer service blamed me for everything and claimed that refunding my money would result in a loss for their sellers.
Fraudulent corporation
It is so frustrating for me because we are from a middle-class family, and our money gets stuck, it is important to me. I did everything I could, but there was no resolution. Was this information helpful? |
