[Resolved]  Flipkart — realme 3 pro orders on 29th april and item automatically rejected and not received.

Hi team,

I ordered realme 3 pro in exchange (Buy back guarantee of 11200) with realme 2 pro so i only had to pay rupees 2899 on 29th april.

First the when the wishmaster came for pickup of realme 2 pro, he saw a stratch on my old phone and wanted to confirm with someone by sending him photo, but the person did not even see the photo and asked the wishmaster to reject the product if he is not comfortable with it. This all happened on 2nd of may.

I logged a complain regarding it and was asked to sent photo to the support team within 8 hrs after receiving the mail. I had to leave the office early just to come home and send photos. This happened on 3rd of may.

After sending the photos i was supposed to get the solution by 4th may afternoon but i got a mail in the morning that sorry for inconvenience but the solution will be provided before 5th may 2019, 12.30 pm.

Just because of this delay in the solution again on 4th may the wish master came sends the photo to the seller and again he says the same thing"if you (Wishmaster) are not comfortable don't take the product". Wishmaster clearly states me that - sir i know it's just a scratch but i need to get the approval from seniors and they are leaving everything on me without seeing the picture i sent and suppose if i take the product now and if there is some problem with it. I'll have to bear the loss.

On 5th may i got the call from flipkart executive "sumit". He checked the photos and was very convinced that it is just a minor scratch and gave me a guarantee that my realme 2 pro will be exchanged for realme 3 pro in 3-4 business days". I also clarified with flipkart executive that it's a flash sale kindly please do not let the order get cancelled. Still he assured me that i need to relaxed and tension free the order won't get cancelled.

I had clarified on each and every call with flipkart executive that please do follow up and don't let the order get cancelled as it is a flash sale product from the first call i made on 2nd may.

On 7th may at 2.00 am in the night, i get a notification that i have rejected the order and also as you have rejected the order the order will be returned back to the seller. I woke up at 5.40am and saw the notification and called up flipkart at 5.56 am for help and just to inform them i have not rejected the order and that the product will still be at the nearest hub, kindly help me with any solution.

I called up and followed up again and again for help from flipkart but i just got one answer that sorry please reorder on 13th may 2019 on flash sale.

Now today when i checked for buyback guarantee value i'm getting only rupees 8000. The buyback value is degraded from rupees 11200 to rupees 8000. Today was the flash sale and i'm helpless. Tomorrow also i'll try buy if it again shows buyback of rupees 8000 or if i don't get lucky and get the product in flash sale. What am i supposed to do?

Being a flipkart plus customer and buying all my home equipments (Tv, washing machine, mobiles, clothes) from flipkart i'm left helpless by flipkart.
