Flipkart — Realme 43 inch full hd tv

I ordered a realme tv from Flipkart on 1 April 2023 and I received my order on 6 April 2023 but the product was defected it's not connecting to WiFi network. So i requested a replacement from Flipkart but they rejected my request and I also requested again but they rejected it again. it's been more than a month Flipkart is not doing anything. Please help me to replace this tv
