Order id - od[protected] Hello sir A replacement request has placed on 3rd nov 2019 against flipkart order no od[protected] on the basis of device overheating, unusual vibrations while on a call and screen non functioning. This request has made within 48 hours of product delivery with the concern of flipkart customer service team. Then a technician visit has scheduled on 4th nov 2019 to solve the issue but he denies to accept it which leads to replacement rejection. On the same day again i raised a complaint with id - in[protected] on the basis of device issues and improper review by the technician. And i was promised to get the issue to be solved by 7th nov 2019. But till now i do not find any cordiality from flipkart on behalf of this issue. Two more days be like this and then i cannot even concerns the problem since the policy of flipkart will be over. I have paid the justified amount for the device and getting a defective one. Since this is an e-commerce platform, flipkart is taking the advantages of defective products and denying the replacement policy.
