[Resolved] Flipkart — realme 5 pro order | |||||
I have booked my cell phone with order confirmation no : od[protected] & got message on my cell no that it has been packed by seller and shipped soon. This is on 30/09/2019. Also paid full amount at the same time of order placement. Since 30/09/2019 till 03/10/2019 the track results shows that it is waiting for the courier person to pick it and pick up location is ahmadabad east. I am also located at ahmadabad in west. According to tracking details of flipkart it shows expected delivery would be 10/10/2019. Now suddenly on 03/10/2019 morning i got text message from flipkart that my order has been cancelled by flipkart and refund will be deposited to my account by 11/10/2019. I got surprised and immediately call customer care of flipkart and according to them their logistics team has cancelled the order. I have asked for the reason which they don't have. Now i need to know why my order has been cancelled without my concern when i have paid in advance? If, it is cancelled then why i have to wait for the refund till 11/10/2019? Why we have been not contacted and replied satisfactory? Does it a standard practice to generate working capital at flipkart? How do we trust flipkart as a vendor? Is there any business ethics followed by flipkart? Why no one from senior team leader comes in communication when it was requested? Should we register a complaint in customer court to save other citizens from this kind of permitted financial fraud?? My order value which i have paid is inr 16000 but from india if we consider appx. 5000 mobile was order during this festival season discount fair so understand the value which is inr 800 lac which is very huge and flipkart will get it without interest, without applying any loan for 10 days!!! This is only one product. If you estimate 50 products like this then flipkart will run the business without their capital investment and get huge fund like this and no one will challenge them!!! This must be seen by the finance ministry. I am going to write details to them as well as supreme court as well as a case study. However, the seller has completed the refund on 03 Oct 19 and it will be reflecting in your account by 11 Oct 19. This is not something that we would want you to experience and have shared feedback with the courier service provider so they can put additional measures in place to ensure on-time deliveries of orders. If you like, you can place a new order for the desired product and the seller will try and make sure that it reaches you on time. We would like to thank you for your continued trust and understanding.
