Flipkart — Realme Buds Air 3 Neo

I had ordered realme Buds Air 3 Neo on 14th November 2022 for a month it worked but now it is showing pairing as two devices even reset option is also not working I checked in service center and they told to replace this product now I contacted flipkart customer care and informed them about this problem and give replace this product but they are refusing to exchange this product and inform us to go next district service center(salem, tamilnadu)if they are not replacing mean what is the value for my money? I want to replace that product as manufacturing defect.
