I ordered realme wireless buds for Rs 2500 from Flipkart and it got delivered on 6th August. But I received the defective product and since the day of delivery I am contacting Flipkart that I have received a defective product, please help me to return it as I am not able to place a return or replacement on it. The app shows that the product was open box delivery but at the time of delivery it was not being opened so I am not able to place a return on it.
Flipkart executives are just telling me to wait for 48 hours and 24 hours since 9 August and today is 14 August. My policy for return has been ended as it was valid only till 13 August. This is the pathetic experience of Flipkart the customer care just makes the people to wait and they are not returning my order. For this Amazon is much better than Flipkart. I have enclosed the images of my buds. Kindly resolve my complaint. It's a humble request
