Flipkart — Realme X7 Max Overheating Issue

I have ordered realme x7 max from flipkart on 9th sep 2021 against order no. OD[protected] and received on 11th sep 2021, the handset was working fine but unfortunately the charger was missing, i contacted flipkart for the issue and put the complaint for providing charger instead of complete replacement and on 13th flipkart executive call and advise replacement only because it comes under 7 days replacement policy. So i decided to do replacement only but i was getting refund option on 13th night, so i waited and finally on 18th i put the replacement against order no. OD[protected] and on 21st i received the replaced box. But the flipkart doesn't update with there delivery partner ekart logistic for replacement is due to missing charger and complaint is raised for missing charger only. ekart logistic really creates a problem in replacing box, after replacing they are saying we dont have any update against missing charger, kindly contact flipkart and send them update regarding missing charger, i contacted flipkart they raise the complaint in this regard.
Now the main issue with the replaced handset received is overheating alot, the overheating issue is not in previous handset, it was running smooth but the replaced handset is overheating while not in use, in minimal use its heating too too much i am really afraid o[censored]sing it, if something misshapen than flipkart will be totally responsible for it, so kindly replace this handset again or refund my money. As a genuine and trustworthy website its your responsibility to satisfy customer and provide safety.
