I ordered realme xt 6gb 64gb pearl white from flipkart on 29th september 2019. The order i placed was to be fulfilled by vision star seller but when i got the box it was from konde products and services private limited. Inside the box i got vivo powerbank and soap. I already paid the delivery boy amount of 16999 for mobile (Cod) but i brought it inside the house and opened the product. Please help me with this Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the return of the product. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed the replacement product has been delivered on October 13, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
