[Resolved]  Flipkart — realme xt smartphone

I had ordered Realme xt on 30th sept 2019. The order got delivered on 2nd October.

The smartphone had camera issues and hence I put a replacement request.

The technician was suppose to visit on the other day but he put up a fake message that he visited my house and smartphone was not having any issue.

After that I had put a return request again on 3rd October but I haven't received any updates after that

I received a replacement product which is again having issues.

The touchscreen is not working sometimes also the phone has lagging issues.

Also the Sim card 1 got disconnected twice automatically.

The troubleshooting steps provided by the expert did not work.

This is quite frustrating as the problems keep on relating. This happened for the older product as well as the replaced product.

I had called flipkart team and they told me to do the troubleshooting steps again and a return request won't to logged until the steps are performed and when I told them to transfer the call to senior they put the call on hold for 10 mins and no one answered after that. The persons name was Preeti. This is quite disappointing service from Flip kart extremely annoying service why should I do the troubleshooting steps again if the issue is observed after doing the same.
