I'm reporting my issue in the consumer complaint, since i'm not receiving any kind of support from flipkart support team.And it has been pending since last 15 days.
I'm a flipkart customer from many years and i had purchased many products on flipkart, but now, flipkart blocked my account stating that i had returned many products to flipkart, which is why they had blocked my account, but that is completely a false statement, if you can check my order history, i have never return any products, this was the first time am returning the product due to different product delivered.
I had purchased "Converse Sneakers For Men" on oct 4th in flipkart, the actual cost was 1799, however using credit card, i purchased it for 1618 Flipkart had delivered me the product on 11th oct, but i have received Khadim's formal shoe. I spoke to flipkart customer support on the same day i, e 11 oct and i had created a refund request, as the product is eligible for 15-day refund policy, on 11th oct, my refund request got rejected by flipkart, hence i spoke to flipkart support again and they mentioned, they have raised a refund request again and even that got rejected, on 18th oct, my flipkart account got blocked and i'm unable to login to my account. I gave a call to flipkart support asked them on what grounds, my flipkart account has been blocked, the flipkart executives are not sure about that, and they told me, they escalated my issue to the concerned team and they'll get in touch with my by 24th Oct. Till today there was no update from flipkart. I'd like to bring this issue to your attention and kindly requesting you to help me with this.
I raised my issue on customer support of flipkart, but i always ended up hearing same apology statements, but no resolution, i'm requesting you to please look into my issue.
