Flipkart — Received a damage Asus Vivobook laptop from flipkart but the don't do any kind of return/ replacement of the product. | |||
I was order a Laptop on Flipkart During Big Billion Day Scam on 15th October (ORDER ID : OD[protected] after that the laptop was deliver to me on 17th October, but I'm facing an issue with that laptop (Laptop fan & speaker make wired noise). So I raised a replacement request on 18th October 2020 which was accepted by flipkart on 24th October and committed that the laptop will be replace on 4th November 2020, but they don't do replacement of the product and they don't even contact to me. On the very next day (5th November 2020 ) they cancel my replacement from their own side without informing me, now they are giving update that replacement policy has been over. after getting touch to them they just giving some date and told that the issue will be resolve on that day and when the day comes the give me another extension for my resolution, they are doing the same things from the nest week and don't giving any kind of resolution, even they don't help me for any kind of replacement and refund they just giving me time extension for the resolution and nothing else at all. I want my money back. Resolve it ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||
