Flipkart — Received a damaged product from delivery partner of flipkart

Hi, my name is Sherin, I have purchased a Godrej AC on 5th April 2024 from Flipkart and I have received it as a damaged product from delivery partner. The delivery boy told that is not a big problem, tomorrow the installation technician will come he will check and find out whether the product is damaged or not. If it is damaged the installation technician will authorise the return request. At present I am living abroad so the call will not get connected when installation technician calls me. However I have given an alternative number of my mother in the order details. But they are not calling to that number and she only knows MALAYALAM language. My replacement request was accepted by Flipkart but the delivery agent didn't came pick up the product and he didn't called me. Due to the Return TAT replacement got rejected on May 2nd. I am raising a complaint against the delivery agent and whole Flipkart customer service team for not providing me a valid solution. Everyone is either putting my call on hold or rejecting my call Everytime. I have all call records with me. Please help me. It has been a month. The product is kept in the same box since it has arrived. Neither installed not replaced due to poor customer service from Flipkart and delivery agent. I believe you will take a valid action against this problem. You can call me through my Whatsapp and can connect through email.
