I purchased a sound bar over Flipkart on April 13th and I found the product doesn't meet the specification mentioned over sites. It's 5.1 set and the back speaker is not working properly. I reported this issue on the 17th before expiring the return policy. The return policy was expiring on the 20th(7 days) and the team didn't respond within these days. Even though I connect them via chat before expiring the return policy, their response was " I request you to wait till the given time frame and one of your team members will contact you soon". And I could see that on the 24th they updated my issue status to resolved status and rejected the return even informing me without any proper update or solution.
And then I contacted the customer support member over live chat and she told me that it was a technical issue and raised the request again. And at the end after a few days, I got a response: "The return policy expired can't return the product".
Here I reported the issue before expiring the policy, but the team members responded to my concern after a few days of expiring the policy and now saying the policy expired, and they can't return. I'm losing my 15, 000 money on here. Still, now I didn't get any proper resolution from their end for that defective product. Really the product is not useable. Was this information helpful? |
