[Resolved] Flipkart — received a defective product!! order id : od[protected] | |||
I have ordered a "ed hardy" shoes from flipkart and after just a couple of times use i got to know that the product is having some manufacturing defect as the tread and the cloth started signs of manufacturing defects on it. I have requested for a replacement of the product within the 30 days policy but flipkart is not picking up the product. If there is any manufacturing defect that i notice after a single use then as per flipkart it is not a manufacturing defect. Very disappointed with flipkart for this. I am such an old customer of flipkart using it since years. But this was not expected out of flipkart only for a product of rs 900. Jul 10, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jun 06, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the return of the product. We regret to inform that the product has got damaged post usage, due to which the seller shall not be able to accommodate customer request for the return of the product as requested by customer. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
