[Resolved] Flipkart — received a missing product | |||
I order a mobile from flipkart with order no od[protected]. I contact flipkart many times regarding my order but not receive any reply from you. I'll only get each time mail from flipkart that your product is delivered successfully. But really i don't get the product inside the box and box was also tempered. I request you to sent me refund or replacement soon for my order because i'll not get product inside the box. If you don't want to give any response i'll file a case in consumer court. Many time talk and bol raha ghar se bahar hu 20 days k liye . I can't provide ID n meet. phir vi harassment kor raha hai.
1 month wait korne ko bol raha hai. Mein 20 days bad job ghar pe back korunga uske bad resolution provide korenge. Bohot pareshan ho raha hu. Issue resolve quickly.
Missing product 10 days over ho gaye but refund or replacement nahi provide kiya.
I can't wait for resolution. Refund or replacement.
