[Resolved]  Flipkart — Received broken helmet so I requested for return but they cancelled the ongoing returning process.

I ordered Axor Apex from Flipkart by seller OptimVR Commerce, when I received the product I found several damages so I applied for refund and the process started but between ongoing process, Flipkart cancelled the return.

I have call recording of Flipkart agent, they said I will definitely be return, but now they're not returning my money.

I want to return the product and I want my money back!

Now I'm helpless, I've been cheated.

I can't believe my issue has been solved in hours when I raised the complaint on consumer complaints.in website. Flipkart didn't took my complaint seriously before but when I posted here, immediate action taken by Flipkart and hence it solved my problem. Thank you consumercomplaints.in
