[Resolved]  Flipkart — Received Broken Tv on delivery

Flipkart delivered me a broken TV through open box delivery, the TV looks fine from outside but found broken after tuning it on. The delivery guy showed me the TV and it is fine from outside and when i told him to show me by turning on he said installation guy will do that, Now when installation guy came and we turned on TV we found it was damaged.
Company denied the return/replacement saying it is my fault for not checking but they mentioned that we have to turn on a huge 55 TV and check during delivery, shouldn't company make sure such things during delivery instead o[censored]s customes.

After posting my issue on Twitter the flipkart social support team called and initiated the return and finally i got my payment today after collecting the item.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
