Hi sir or madam, My name is gurdeep singh and I am writing this email to report the faulty TV that I purchased from flipkart on 28 Oct 21. On Sunday, 31 October 21, TV was delivered around 1:30 pm after opening the box and found that the TV panel was damaged. I immediately called customer service and informed them the product is damaged and they informed us that it will be replaced. Below are the images of the product. Nov 7, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart team resolved the issue now they have sent me the replacement. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 04, 2021 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
