[Resolved] Flipkart — received damaged and replacement not yet done

I have received the tv on april 11 and on the same day i have returned with technicians approval.
But still now i haven’t received update on that replacement of tv. They haven’t yet taken my old tv for replacement.
Now i need either new tv by april 15 or please refund my amount. I have ordered this so that i can take this to my native. If i can’t take my tv to native so what should i do with that tv. That was supposed to be gift to parents and now crap has happened.

So please do either tv replace by april 15 or refund my money.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We called the customer on 22 Apr 18, customer informed that the replacement has been delivered and installation and demo is also completed. Hence, closing the case from our end.
