[Resolved]  Flipkart — Received Damaged Product And No option to Replace

Address:Hajipur, Vaishali, Bihar

I ordered a Asus Laptop from Flipkart on 7th of Aug 2023 which was expected to be delivered by 11th of Aug but arrived on 12th of Aug. After the delivery I found a dent and Body Bend in my Laptop when I asked for a replacement from Flipkart they denied by blaming the seller that TBL Online sellers doesn't approve of that. There are certain instances when Electronics items gets replaced but they both are Just not listening to my Complaint.

Flipkart Grievance Team Contacted me on 19th of Aug and Assured me of my Replacement done by 22nd of Aug. Today I received my New Product and I'm satisfied with the product. I'm Thankful to The Consumer Forum and Flipkart Grievance Team for Solving My Problem. Thank you
