[Resolved] Flipkart — Received Damaged product, executives are closing complaints | |||
Hi, I recently purchased JSB Knee massager product from flipkart for my father. I really dissapointed after seeing the damaged product. I asked for refund/replacement, raised complaint in portal and followedup with customer care executives so many times. The below are new ways of flipkart cheating: * They wont call back * If they call back they put ur call on hold automatically call get disconnected * They will say will get call within 72hrs and close * They said call forward to senior and call disconnects * They say dont worry we will resolve and close * They say signal issue and close * They say cannot here and call disconnects. ...ETC The above are smart ways flipkart executives are trained to loot customer amount by giving damaged product. I need an resloution and value for my hard enarned money.
