Description of complaint:
I order Dell 27th monitor from flipkart. Received Damaged Product on May 22nd. Due to busy in schedule I could not opened the product till it reached the return policy date. Today I opened the product and I was shocked to see the damaged product. I contacted flipkart customer care for replacing the item. But they are refusing to replace item as the return policy ended just two days before. Generally the return policy valid for 10 days. But they are saying only 7 days for few of the products. Its been only two days passed after the return policy.
I am requesting to consumer complaints team please help me here to replace/return the item to flipkart.
