Flipkart — Received damaged smartphone and didn't get refund or replacement

I ordered a smartphone Motorola G73 5g 128GB(Lucent White) from Flipkart. The seller was MTAILMODEECOM.
I received the mobile on 25th March 2023, when I opened the box, there was scratch on the screen of mobile. I requested for replacement the same day i.e 25th March.
I was asked by Flipkart to send proper photos which shows scratch clearly. I followed all their steps.
They made me fill a consent form in which it says they would take action against the seller but they didn't do anything about the issue.
I have been calling them continuously since 20 days and they again and again say to wait till the maximum date alloted which is now 25th April.
So I want to complain against the Flipkart and the seller MTAILMODEECOM for doing fraud and looting people's money.
I request you to please take action against them as soon as possible so I get my money back or get new product.
