I have purchased HP laptop and when I received it, it has defective keyboard. As it was under return period till 2nd october, I have applied for return but due to some technical error it was not complete. When I called customer care they raised issue on 27th september but didn't provide resolution till today and now it says return period is over. But I have raised issue on 27th september and return period is till 2nd october ... Please help and please provide refund for the defective laptop received... +1 photos Was this information helpful? Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 12, 2022 Updated by Muktesh Prakashbhai Shah Today in my account it shows that issue resolved but I didn't got any refund in my account...Please help...
