Flipkart — Received defective HP laptop but return not processed

I have purchased HP laptop and when I received it, it has defective keyboard. As it was under return period till 2nd october, I have applied for return but due to some technical error it was not complete. When I called customer care they raised issue on 27th september but didn't provide resolution till today and now it says return period is over. But I have raised issue on 27th september and return period is till 2nd october ...
Please help and please provide refund for the defective laptop received...

What is the progress from ur side? I am getting fake promises that we will process ur return request today and we will call you in 1 hour n 24 hours but no call updates and No return processed from ur side...Please return defective product and provide me my refund of 34990 asap...

Now flipkart has raised replacement for the product but they need to verify the issue by HP team on 30th Oct ...So let's see what will happen...
