Flipkart — Received defective product HONOR WATCH GS PRO | |
I bought Honor Watch GS Pro from Flipkart on 25th October 2020, When this product was delivered I was not at home at that time I was out of office work, When I came back and checked the product, the problem came out in the product. The watch SpO2 and heart rate sensor not working properly, I raised complaint to flipkart customer care for return and refund amount, the flipkart customer care support person said, the seller not accept your return request, i asked him why seller not accept the return request, he said, he don't know. I need solution, i have paid 17999 amount for working product, not for the defective product. Kindly look into this and provide me solution Was this information helpful? | |
