[Resolved] Flipkart — received defective product now they are not responding to our calls | |||||
I have purchased mobile phone from flipcart first of all in the morning they automatically cancelled my order then after having argument with them they send me the product and wen i received the product it was packed from outside but inside its seal was alredy open, when i tried taking the replacement then flipcart is not adressing to my complaints. I tried contacting them but they are not ready to disscuss my issue. I am having video of the defected product received. I made tge video while opening it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
