Hello sir,
My name is Ankur Sharma, I recently purchased a phone (Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro ) through flipkart with the Order ID: OD[protected] and Im facing touch issue and camera related defect( pics taken are being damaged consistently) in this phone so replace it with new phone or refund my money back, For that I requested to customer care for return they sent Technician for the three time but they rejected my request and they told me to vist service center for that problem but i got it today[protected] why i have to vist service center as I bought new while i have option to return. Now, i want refund my money and take back your phone because i dont want to keep it and am not happy with your service because of your cs helpline due to their non coopertaive behaviour. so please generate the return of the phone and give my money refund
