26/7/22 I ordered a Louis Philippe jean from flipkart.worth R.s 1599/- And the item was delivered with in 2 days.Item received on 28/7/22, Unfortunately the size is large.I ordered the 32 size it's my jean size.But the size is not fit well.So I try to exchange it but the 30 size is not available.So I return the product & Placed a new order instead of this jean.I ordered a new Louis Philippe 30 size jeans worth R.s 1539/-
& This jean is also delivered in 2 days.But this time, The item is different.I got Park Avenue jean Instead of louis Philippe.I check the order list again & I checked the order, the item were different, Then I requested to exchange the product.I mentioned that the product is different.And I send the image too.After 2 days I received a rejection from their side.Then I tried to return the item.Return request send & finally I got the return request & the wishmaster came.But he said: the is different.This is not returnable.The I called to the customer service & tell them the issue that I faced.Then they arranged the pick up for next day.Then the pick up is done.After 2 days, I didn't get the refund.Instead I got a message that the pick up is rejected.second time I called to the customer care to know about the issue.They said it will ready in 2 days & You will get the refund with in 3 business days.At that day Flipkart blocked my account.And I can't access the account.Still I didn't get my refund.
